Registration & Prescription
You can easily register through our registration form on the website. Once we have received your details and, if applicable, your prescription, we will contact you within one business day. You will then be offered a free intake consultation with the pharmacist. This conversation lasts a maximum of 20 minutes and can take place online, by phone, or in person.
During the intake, the pharmacist will provide more information about our pharmacy and medicinal cannabis, and review your current medication use to rule out possible interactions with medicinal cannabis. If you choose this option, we will personally guide you during the first two weeks of your treatment, ensuring that you can start safely and responsibly.
Please note: CBA Apotheek is an additional service and only provides medicinal cannabis on prescription; you do not need to switch from your current pharmacy.
